退院から3日目。もう痛み止めなしでも大丈夫。
3days after getting out of hospital. I am okay without painkillers.
気持ちは元気なのに安静にするのは退屈だ。
Though I am feeling fine, it's boring to stay at home.
久々にアイスクリームを食べた。ハーゲンダッツの抹茶ラテ。
I ate icecream...after long time. Green tea latte flavor of Haagen-Dazs.
身体のことを考えると次に食べるのはまた半年くらい先だろう。
When I think about my health, I'll have next ice cream 6months later.
術後の痛みはマシになってきたが、傷のあたりがとても痒い。
My pain after surgery is getting less but scar area is so itchy.
傷は医療用接着剤（？）で止められ、コーティングされている。
My scar is glued and coated by some medical glue.
フランケンシュタインやブラックジャックのような縫い目はなし。
There're no black jack or frankenstein type of scars.
抜糸もなし、消毒もなし。お風呂にそのまま入ることができる。
No stitch removals, no scar cleaning. I can take bath directly.
帰宅してから傷の長さに驚いたが綺麗な曲線なのはありがたい。
I was amazed by how long my scar was but i appreciate to the beauty line.
そして左の脇腹周辺が妊婦さんみたいに浮腫んでいる。
And my left stomach area is swollen like a pregnant woman.
ウエストのサイズが58cm→67cmって外見的にちょっと。。。
My waist size which was 58cm became 67cm which is a bit ugly.
スキニージーンズが履けなかったり、服が制限されるのが残念。
It's too bad that I can't dress whatever and I can't wear skinny pants.
そして、傷のあたりが痒い！掻かないけれども。。。
And scar area is so itchy! I won't be scratching though...
早く浮腫と痒みが取れますように。。。。。☆
Hope itch and swelling will go away soon...☆
